Neelima Khetan is Director, Public Affairs and Communications with Coca-Cola. Neelima holds a Master's in Rural Management from IRMA and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Delhi University.

She leads the CSR and Sustainability functions for Coca Cola India and South West Asia. Prior to this, she was the India Country Director of the American India Foundation, a Diaspora philanthropy which has ex-President Clinton as its permanent honorary Chair.

From June 2006 to May 2007, Neelima was the Acting Director of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. She has also been on the Boards of several other leading and emerging NGOs (Gram Vikas, Utthan, Ibtada, WASSAN), and research and academic institutions (IIHMR, IFMR, IDS, IRMA) in the country. She has served on many Central and State Government Committees, including the Land Reforms Committee of the Government of India and the Task Force to suggest Decentralized Funding Mechanisms to the Planning Commission.
